School List

Archers Sports

NEW SEPTEMBER 2025:
All of our Catholic schools are part of Catholic School Athletics of Simcoe County (
CSASC)
Students who wish to participate in a sport need to listen to announcements so they know when sign-ups and try-outs begin.
The full schedule is on the CSASC website
Parents/Guardians will receive permission forms through School Day, which must be completed and signed before a student can participate - even in a try-out.

This year there will be a fee for students to be on a school team to cover the cost such as:  officials, referees, facility rental, uniforms, and banners.

  1.  Note a $15 fee will be for each CSASC sport, paid when the athlete makes the team before the AREA games.
  2.  If the team makes it to REGION or COUNTY there may not be an additional fee unless unexpected costs (eg. busing) are incurred, or if there were no AREA games.
  3.  Thank you in advance to our CSCC for offering to cover some costs above the $15 per sports participant.
  4.  Note that Invitational Tournaments will be on a cost recovery basis - to be calculated and communicated at the time of permissions.
  5.  Junior sports will be determined at a later date
  6. Junior Sports are Grade 4, 5 & 6
  7. Intermediate Sports are Grade 7 & 8
Archers

Regulations for each sport can be found on the CSASC website

Information for ALL SPORTS:

Please note that ONLY family members of the players may be invited as spectators. If parents bring siblings they must remain with the parent at all times. Friends of the players are not permitted.

FAIR PLAY
Please remember the following:
There will be ZERO tolerance for ANY TYPE of bullying or foul language made by a parent, coach or player towards ANY player, coach or referee. Parents that are attending, are SPECTATORS  - no arguing with coaches, refs, players or other parents. Those (parent, player, coach) who are unable to abide by these expectations will be asked to leave (see guidelines below) and play will be suspended until they do so. This will be implemented at the Convenors discretion. We hope it never comes to this, however based on situations and incidents in the past, we want to establish the expectations early and understand that it is a PRIVILEGE to have a sports event exclusively for our Bradford Catholic Elementary Schools.

Should someone not be able to comply:

1st warning - parent and child (involved or not) will be removed from the match.
2nd warning - parent and child removed from the tournament.
Teams will play with a player short for the remainder of the game and/or tournament.

All coaches/parents are reminded of their responsibilities:

  • Catholic role model for youth
  • Demonstrate respect for referees, other coaches, and players
