Chocolate Fundraiser Reminder

A kind reminder to send in your green forms to the school by this Friday, March 9th, 2018.
If you have lost your form, please send the following information:
Your child's first & last name
Teacher name
# of cases requested (chocolate almonds / peanut-free chocolate)
If you prefer to make a donation through school-day, we ask that you indicate that on the form as well.
If a form is not received, a case of peanut free chocolates will be sent home with your youngest child the week of March 26th.
