Nutri-eSTEP is a short questionnaire for parents of children aged three to five years. Discover recommendations for eating vegetables and fruits, vitamin and mineral supplementation, screen time and physical activity. By helping your child eat healthy, move more and limit time spent sitting, you can make a difference to their lifelong health.
